Let’s rephrase this question, “Is it possible to negate gravity? What goes up must come down right?” Right, and that’s just the fact. If you eat junk food all day, there is no way your body isn’t going to look and feel like garbage, no matter how much exercise you do.
There are some exceptions to the rule. Maybe if you an adolescent or teenager, a competitive athlete, and blessed with good genetics, the likelihood of out training a poor diet is very slim. A poor diet, basically put, is a diet that isn’t conducive to get you to your goals. It is usually comprised of processed foods like, chips, frozen meals, sweets, fast foods, all of which provide little to no nourishment for our bodies.
If you fuel your body with nutritious foods your body will respond by functioning more efficiently. Food provides our bodies with the ability to produce energy, when we have the proper balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats we can expect our bodies to look and feel healthy.
In diet vs. exercise you can never out train a bad diet. The bad diet will win every time.
While you can’t overcome a bad diet, according to this study it seems that hard training can reduce your risk factors of heart disease.
